Although the government has announced that exams will not be going ahead this summer, we are committed to ensuring that all students who apply to join us this year will be able to do so. As an apprentice, you’ll get all the benefits of studying with The Bedford College Group for a formal qualification, while working in your chosen industry. As the largest apprenticeship provider in the county, choose us to get the pick of lots of subject areas and access to the best employers!

You need an enthusiasm for the course and industry sector you wish to pursue. At the same time, you must commit yourself to a serious training and study programme.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship you must either be employed on a full-time contract by an employer willing to support your training or have an offer of employment as an apprentice. The Bedford College Group can help you find a job role with an employer if you don’t already have one.

Undergraduate Study

We are proud to be able to provide a wide range of undergraduate courses, giving our students more choices, opportunities and experiences.

We offer courses based at Bedford College, Shuttleworth College in Biggleswade and Tresham College’s Kettering and Corby campuses. We also have strong partnerships with the University of Bedfordshire and the University of Northampton, which allows our students the opportunity to complete full honours degrees in many of our subjects.
